Marketing Associate

Basic Function:  
To ensure trade shows & events and philanthropic efforts are successfully executed and properly represent the Otis brand.  In addition, this person will support the channel marketing efforts and ensure that sales collateral, price programs, merchandising and promotional programs are carried out and align to company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal and external teams to coordinate logistics and deliverables for trade shows and other large events
  • Responsible for all aspects of trade/event planning including but not limited to: event registration and booth space, service orders, booth layout and order processing, sponsorships, housing, travel, budget reporting, training, internal/external communications
  • Review and process corporate donations and sponsorships, as carried out per the goals of the organization
  • Support the graphics department by maintaining and updating various collateral, including but not limited to: price sheets, instruction sheets, component lists, sell sheets, product photos
  • Maintain and update display merchandising programs
  • Conduct market research and reporting as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: (Education and Training)  

  • 2-4 years relevant work experience required; Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Minimal travel as needed

 

Digital Marketing Coordinator

Basic Function:  
The Digital Marketing Coordinator works with the marketing team to drive online engagement and ensure that the Otis brand is properly represented across all online channels.  This includes the Otis website and other websites (i.e. e-trailers), social media outlets, blogs and email marketing.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and upkeep of Otis website, ensuring content is always relevant and accurate and site is always SEO
  • Execute social media objectives according to strategy
  • Monitor and respond, as appropriate, to comments/reviews on social media sites, blogs, customer websites
  • Coordinate direct retail web promotions and promote through social media/email marketing
  • Ensure e-trailers have updated Otis content (logos, images, descriptions, videos)
  • Develop and send email campaigns according to email marketing strategy and maintain email marketing database
  • Monitor the effectiveness of online efforts through analytics reporting as it relates to website traffic, sales promotions, social media, email marketing and digital advertising
